Please note that Helana Mckenzie Designs is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using registered post or any other trackable method of freight.
Once a return has been received and has cleared a quality check we will exchange or refund the product as requested (less any shipping costs). Helana McKenzie Designs reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our Returns Policy.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, Helana McKenzie Designs will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original product if purchased within 6-months of faulty date.

Proof of purchase must be provided and the product must be returned to Helana McKenzie Designs.
On International returns, you must mark 'RETURN' on the courier company's consignment so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes.
Once a return has been received we will repair, exchange or refund the product. Helana McKenzie Designs can only exchange faulty products for the same product in the same style, subject to availability.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Helana Mckenzie Designs, however, please allow up to 14-days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
